Mr. Barr was President and Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm Geotechnology. Prior to Paradigm, Mr. Barr was CEO and Senior Managing Partner of Mofet, a publicly traded Venture Capital fund in Israel. Prior to entering civilian life, Barr had a distinguished military career as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces where he held a number of significant command positions in high tech related units.

Mr. Barr received his Bachelor degree in Economics, Philosophy, and Political Science from Bar-llan University. Barr is also a graduate of the INSEAD Management Program
